Our Eric Louis red Sancerre is aged 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in oak barrels for 9 months. A ruby full of fruit with a flattering Pinoté nose with notes of violet and spices. It has a powerful palate, full of fruit and good structure.
Food & Wine pairing : Often served as the main wine during a meal, this red Sancerre could be amazing with fish, white meats and charcuterie. This is a wine that will be as happy in a picnic basket.
