La Maison de Françoise is a Sancerre gîte with the “Gîte de France” label, located in the commune of Vinon, a 10-minute drive from the rocky outcrop of Sancerre. You’ll love its calm surroundings and warm atmosphere. With its exposed stonework, this gîte offers all the comforts of a charming home. Surrounded by vineyards, you’ll be immersed in the heart of the typical Sancerre landscapes.
La Maison de Françoise is a large gîte in two parts: a house and an outbuilding. In the house, you’ll find a welcoming, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, which can accommodate up to 12 people.
The house also includes 4 double bedrooms (160cm beds) and a children’s room with 2 90cm beds (trundle beds) named after local names in the Centre-Val-de-Loire region. Each room also has its own private bathroom, WC and flat-screen TV.
The 6th bedroom, located in the outbuilding, is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It can accommodate 2 people (160 cm double bed) and offers the same comforts as the rooms in the main house, with the addition of a kitchenette.
Bed linen and towels are provided and laid out in each room.
A cot is available on request.
Our room named Pouilly-Fumé is a white wine with protected designation of origin produced exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes around Pouilly-sur-Loire, in the Nièvre region.
Quincy is a white wine with a protected designation of origin, produced in the communes of Quincy and Brinay in the Cher department.
Sancerre, the name of this room, is a protected designation of origin wine produced in one of the 14 villages of the appellation, in the Cher department of the Centre-Val de Loire region. It is available in three colors (red, white and rosé)
Menetou-salon is a protected designation of origin wine produced around Menetou-Salon, northeast of Bourges. The production area covers 590 hectares, with sauvignon (white wine) and pinot noir (red and rosé wines) grape varieties.
Châteaumeillant is a protected designation of origin wine produced on the border between the Cher and Indre departments in the Centre-Val de Loire region.

The Reuilly outbuilding can accommodate 2 additional guests. What’s more, it has been specially fitted out for people with reduced mobility, making it easy to get around.
Our gîte guarantees conviviality with its open kitchen for dinner or a game of board games.
Table soccer and darts are also available in a vaulted cellar with an illuminated sign bearing the estate’s name, ideal for aperitifs, a reading area, a relaxation area… There’s something for everyone here!
