La Maison de Françoise is a sancerrois cottage, labeled Gîte de France, located in the commune of Vinon, a 10-minute drive from the rocky peak of Sancerre. It will seduce you with its calm surroundings and warm atmosphere. With its exposed stonework, this gîte offers all the comforts of a charming home. Surrounded by vineyards, you’ll be immersed in the heart of the typical Sancerre landscapes.

Certified “Gîte de France”
La Maison de Françoise is a large cottage consisting of two parts: a house and an outbuilding. In the house, you’ll find a welcoming, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The house also includes 4 double bedrooms (160cm beds) and a children’s room with 2 90cm beds (trundle beds) named after local names in the Centre-Val-de-Loire region. Each room has its own private bathroom, WC and flat-screen TV.
The 6th bedroom, located in the outbuilding, is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It can accommodate 2 people (160 cm double bed) and offers the same comforts as the bedrooms in the main house, with the addition of a kitchenette.

Bed linen and towels are provided and laid out in each room. A cot is available on request.
Our Pouilly-Fumé room
Our room named Pouilly-Fumé is a white wine with protected designation of origin produced exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes around Pouilly-sur-Loire, in the Nièvre region.

Quincy is a white wine with a protected designation of origin, produced in the communes of Quincy and Brinay in the Cher department.

Our Sancerre room
Sancerre, the name of this room, is a protected designation of origin wine produced in one of the 14 villages of the appellation, in the Cher department of the Centre-Val de Loire region. It is available in three colors (red, white and rosé)

Our Menetou room
Menetou-salon is a protected designation of origin wine produced around Menetou-Salon, northeast of Bourges. The production area covers 590 hectares, with sauvignon (white wine) and pinot noir (red and rosé wines) grape varieties.

Our room Châteaumeillant
Châteaumeillant is a protected designation of origin wine produced on the border between the Cher and Indre departments in the Centre-Val de Loire region.

Do you have more guests than the house can accommodate?
The Reuilly outbuilding can accommodate 2 additional guests. What’s more, it has been specially fitted out for people with reduced mobility, making it easy to get around.

- The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher.
- A Senseo pod coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster…

- In the small accessories section, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious dishes: egg beater, hand blender, dishes, cutlery, serving utensils, tea towels…
- A gas plancha in summer and raclette machines in winter!

User-friendliness
Our cottage guarantees conviviality with its open kitchen for dinner or a game of board games.
Table soccer and darts are also available in a vaulted cellar with an illuminated sign bearing the estate’s name, ideal for aperitifs, a reading area, a relaxation area… There’s something for everyone here!
You’ll also find a private terrace with garden furniture, a gazebo and bike storage…
