Tasting:
Fleshy and elegant, this wine presents delicate citrus and white flower aromas. A soft and aromatic style... The aromas are crisp combined with a pleasant freshness.

Food and wine pairing :
Seafood and shellfish pair nicely with this cuvee. It makes an excellent match with a deliciousgoat cheese board. A dessert with nuts, hazelnuts, almond and a Quincy are good way to end the meal.
