Grapes :

80% Chenin Blanc - 20% Chardonnay


Terroir :

Limestone and clay on the right side of the Cher river, with little flint stones.


Vineyard work :

Handpicking in little boxes to respect the grapes as much as possible. Followed by soft pressuring and an exclusive extraction of first juices.

Winemaking :

The alcoholic fermentation is made at cold temperature, then, after the bottling, a second fermentation starts in the bottle according to the traditionnal method (Champaign Method). The disgorging is done after 18 to 24 months of ageing. Our Crémant is Brut (Dry) but very smooth with 7 grams of natural residual sugar.

Tasting :

Our Crémant has a pale yellow color with green reflections, perfect clearness and a great shine. Bubbles are very fine and smooth. The nose is fruity with powerful white flowers and acacia aromas. The mouth is very pleasant and fresh with flowers flavours.

Wine & Food pairing :

Served as an aperitif, this wine prepare your taste buds for the best gastronomy. Surprising with grilled fish and deserts like ice creams and almound pastries.
